Beleza at Southern Highlands

Being a subdivision of Southern Highlands, Beleza is a neighborhood of 109 luxury homes with sizes ranging from 2,454 to 8,210 square feet and prices ranging from $405,000 to several million dollars. The Home Owner’s Association fees for Beleza range from $287 to $600 plus the master plan fee of $55 per month. These assessments cover the 24-hour guard, maintenance of the common areas, and the roaming security.

Christopher Collections at Southern Highlands

Christopher Collections, another gated subdivision, has 54 homes that range in price from $318,000 to over $1,260,000. This relatively new community has HOA fees ranging from $267 to $357 in addition to the master plan fee of $55 monthly.

The Enclave at Southern Highlands

The Enclave is an extremely private subdivision of Southern Highlands that houses 14 uniquely designed multi-million homes. Enclave association fees are $325 per month in addition to the master association fee of $55 per month. The stunning Enclave mansions have prices ranging from $2 million to $7.5 million.
