The Home Owners Association (HOA) fees are $852 quarterly plus the $345 quarterly master association fee and include maintenance of grounds, security and reserves.

Capri, a guard gated subdivision of Lake Las Vegas, has 39 exclusive custom residences with a median price of $1,554,933. Monaco is a gated community and classified as a subdivision of Lake Las Vegas. The prices of the custom homes here range from One Million to Two Million Dollars. The HOA fees in this particular subdivision are $852 paid quarterly along with the $345 master association fee. These fees cover maintenance of grounds, security and reserves.

Siena at Lake Las Vegas

Siena is a gated community within another subdivision of Lake Las Vegas with about 47 beautiful custom homes. The homes here range in price from $700,000 to $4 million. Residents of Siena pay an $852 association fee and a $345 master association fee plus a $19.50 additional gate fee. These payments cover maintenance of grounds, security, and reserves.
